Tiffany Satter, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Satter is excited to join the Ecoff Elementary family as your new Assistant Principal! This school year marks my eighteenth year in education, and I feel incredibly fortunate to continue doing what I love each day—supporting students, partnering with families, and helping create a school where every child can thrive.
Throughout my career, I have served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, Dean of Students, and now Assistant Principal. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Randolph-Macon College, my Master's degree in Reading from Regent University, and my Master's degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Richmond.
When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Derrick, and our three daughters: Jayden, Kylie, and Rylan. Our family loves traveling, spending time together, and making memories. I've been fortunate to visit 17 countries, and those experiences have strengthened my appreciation for different cultures and perspectives.
I believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and challenged to reach their full potential. I can't wait to meet everyone and look forward to an amazing school year filled with learning, growth, and plenty of reasons to celebrate together!
